Preparation Selecting the sandpaper Grain Type 60 or lower very coarse • Select the right sander sheet grain. 80 - 100 coarse • Grains available vary from very coarse to very fine. 120 - 150 medium • Coarse grain is used to sand rough surfaces, medium grain for 180 - 220 fine light work and fine, for finishing purposes. -

Start up Sander operation • Turn on the sander before setting it on the work piece. • Keep the sander base parallel to the work piece surface. • Press down onto the work piece making circular movements and verifying the entire sander base is supported on the work piece. -
