    2. INTRODUCTION The flow-through electric boiler/module of ECOTERMAL is a modern ecological source of heat designated for story and central heating of small and average size houses and production facilities. The main advantages of heating with electric power are mostly cost effectiveness, high efficiency, environmental friendliness and compactness.

    3. CONTROL SYSTEM The present technical description is reviewing the operation principle and the characteristics of the control system of electric boiler/module with rated heaters’ power up to 90 kW. The system is carrying out a complex control of the local electrical water heating components in accordance with the ambient conditions as well as of boiler’s/module’s body in a set up regime, which prolongs the life of components and increases the reliability.

The boiler water temperature is set up manually by the user and it does not depend on the outdoor temperature, but the thermostat valves affect the boiler regulator and the electric power through metering the consumed heating power.

    3.6 Programming and settings After applying power, the controller sets in a mode AUTO or OFF. Wait for motherboard to send data to the display. In case of problem with the connection, “no con” will appear on the display within a few seconds. Disconnected indication from motherboard is possible and the system will continue operating without it.

    Locking the access to menu The menu can be locked in order to prevent any unintentional change in settings. This happens through simultaneous press and hold for 3 seconds of buttons „▲” and „▼”. After releasing the buttons, icon appears on the display, which means activated protection.

OPERATION MANUAL - The user of electrical boiler/module provides water and electricity supply to the installation. - Watches for air tightness and controls the working pressure in the system. - Adjusts boiler or room temperature, depending on the operating principle of the installation and personal preferences.
