UPDATING FIRMWARE

Monitor the Firmware Update:
The progress of the rmware update will be
displayed on the control panel.
Wait patiently for the update to complete.

Confirmation of Update:
The plotter will automatically initialize
after the rmware update is complete.
Con rm the completion on the control panel
to ensure the update was successful.
Check for the updated rmware version displayed
on the screen during the initialization.

Reset Cutter to Factory Settings:
When updating rmware on your CE8000,
it is recommended to also reset your
machine to its factory settings.
Shut the machine down, then turn it back on
and within 2 seconds, Press and Hold Down
the UP ARROW KEY on the Control Panel.
On touch screen, select SET DEFAULT and then
YES to reset machine to default factory settings.
When SET DEFAULT COMPLETE notice appears
turn the machine o , then on again and follow
screen instructions to con gure language and units

Your CE8000 rmware update is complete.
