    Maintenance, troubleshooting and after-sales service Maintenance Wipe the LCD or the body of the wired controller with a dry cloth. If the dirt on the surface cannot be removed, soak the cloth in neutral detergent diluted with water, squeeze the cloth tightly and clean the surface. Wipe the surface with a dry cloth. Do not use any thinner, organic solvents, or strong acid.

Group control Connect wired controller with indoor unit with attached controlling cable (4-pin), and connect with adaptor with RS485 controlling cable (2-pin, attached with adaptor). The quantity of adaptor required, which need to be prepared separately, is the same with that of the econdary controller.

    Custom parameters. 1.Temperature limit setting The temperature set point range is (16-30)℃ (Model: HCWA21NEHH) by default. You can change the range when needed. Take HCWA21NEHH for example, in cooling mode, temperature adjustment range could be changed to (23-30)℃; in heating mode, it could be changed to (16-28)℃.
