Connect a 50 cable from the AM 501 OUTPUT bne
connector to the differential comparator + input. Set the
volts/div switch to 0.5 V.

Check—that the output voltage is at least 1 volt peak-
to-peak (two division display).

Disconnect all cables, termination, patch-cord, and
components.

Check-Input Leakage Current. Leakage current
is less than 500 pA at 25°C, less than 2.0 nA at50°C.
