    FEATURES Auto-Humidity Sensor Inbuilt hygrostat detects the humidity level of the surrounding and compares it to the humidity level set. The compressor stops operation when the desired humidity level is achieved, and the unit’s fan motor continues to run for about 3 minutes before coming to a stop for energy conservation. Compressor and fan motor will reactivate when humidity level of the surrounding surpasses the desired humidity level by 2% RH.

    Timer Function At On Mode, the unit can be programmed with a timer from 01 to 24 hours at an interval of 1 hour for an automatic shutoff. Timer indicator illuminates when timer function is activated. Childlock To guard against curious kid, unit is equipped with a childlock function to prevent mishandling/misactivation by young children who may change the operation unintentionally.

    Room Humidity Display The display screen also shows the relative humidity level of the room/surrounding for user easy reference and to facilitate the humidity level adjustments accordingly to individual preference. Defrost Mode Defrost mode will auto activate when the sensor detects the temperature of the evaporator to be ≤2°C, the compressor will continue to operate for 30 minutes before coming to a stop while fan motor continue to operation and the display screen will show “HS”.

    EMPTYING THE WATER TANK novita Dehumidifier ND388R shut off automatically when the water tank is full and its corresponding indicator illuminates. Follow the simple steps below to empty the water tank. • If the water tank is removed or not installed properly, the above phenomenon will appear.

    ◊ 6 MONTHS* PRE-MESH FILTER REPLACEMENT For an optimum HumiControl™ performance, it is recommended to replace the Pre-Mesh Filter ◊ once every 6 months* from initial usage. ◊ Pre-Mesh Filter is an optional product accessory and can be purchased separately. * Based on average 8 hours a day, 7 days a week usage under normal domestic indoor environment.

    CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Cleaning the novita Dehumidifier It is important to conduct service maintenance of the Front Right Side unit at least once a week to ensure unit optimum performance and to prevent dust/dirt built up at the continuous drainage outlet port and water float sensor, which may lead to water leakage.
