    Multi-function Wrench S=10/13/17/1 Pedal Axle L-shaped Wrench Manual 30*68/S5 Screw Pack STEP 1 Fixing tools: shaped wrench S5 1pc, Multi function wrench S=10,13,17,19 1pc Use the L-shaped wrench (T2), bolts (25), spring washers(39), flat washers (38), install the front stabilizer tube (A3) on the main frame set (A1) and lock tightly. STEP 2 Use the L-shaped wrench (T2), bolts (70), install the seat assembly set (A6) on the seat (A5) and lock tightly.

    HOW TO USE 1. Tension Adjustment(#34) This rowing machine provides 16 speed adjustment (1~16) and damping (1 minimum~ 16 max). 2. Foot tube adjustment (#21) The rower is equipped with balance adjustment. If the unit is wobbly, please adjust the balance adjustment to level the unit.

    MONITOR KEY FUNCTION 1.This key lets you to select and lock on to a particular function you want. SCANTIMEDISTANCETOTAL COUNTCALORIECOUNT/MINCOUNTSCAN 2.Pressing and hold with 3 seconds to reset the value to zero(without TOTAL COUNT). AUTO ON/OFF: 1.The system dormant state automatically when the sensor has no signal input or no key are pressed for approximately 4 minutes.
