6. Condizioni di installazione Il modello descritto in questo manuale è un componente di un sistema e deve essere installato esclusivamente da personale autorizzato. Il modello viene equipaggiato con motoventilatori assiali non adatti a sopportare pressioni statiche aggiuntive, pertanto non può essere canalizzato, non possono essere installati filtri in aspirazione dell’aria e nell’area dedicata all’installazione non devono verificarsi forti correnti d’aria contrarie al flusso dei motoventilatori.

8. Schemi elettrici Schema generale: Per altri collegamenti fare riferimento allo schema stampato all’interno della scatola del motoventilatore. I termocontatti (TK) devono essere collegati al circuito di controllo. Per altre informazioni fare riferimento agli schemi forniti assieme al modello. Su richiesta, i modelli possono essere forniti di cablaggio in scatola di derivazione (o quadro elettrico). 8.5.1 sul PAE: guardando il modello dal lato dello scambiatore di calore, aprire la porta del vano scambiatore di calore a sinistra e localizzare la scatola di derivazione sul pannello della parete divisoria.

6. Installation conditions The model described in this manual is a component of a system and must be installed by authorised personnel only. The model is fitted with axial fans that are not suitable to withstand additional static pressures and therefore it cannot be channelled, air intake filters cannot be installed and in the area dedicated to installation there must be no strong currents of air which are contrary to the flow of the motor fans.
Page 35 In the installation area there must not be any foreign bodies and powders which could obstruct the exchanger. Avoid the transit of vehicles that could hit the exchanger. The place of installation must offer adequate protection against particular atmospheric events (e.g. flooding). The place of installation must conform to what is prescribed by local legislation.

Maintenance 11.1 Checks, inspections and maintenance must be carried out by specialised and authorised personnel. 11.2 During the operations of maintenance, repair and cleaning, always use personal protective equipment (e.g. gloves sufficiently resistant to mechanical hazards, head protections) to reduce the risk of injury in the event of contact with the sharp edges of the metal sheets or with the finned pack.

4. Inspektion - Lagerung Überprüfen Sie bei Erhalt des Modells sofort seinen Zustand; melden Sie eventuelle Schäden sofort dem Transportunternehmen. Die Verpackung wird entsprechend dem Modell und den geeigneten Transport- und Handhabungsmitteln hergestellt. Die Verflüssiger und Gaskühler werden mit einer 2 bar Trockenluftvorspannung geliefert und haben 1/4” SAE Füllanschlüsse. Überprüfen Sie das Vorhandensein von Druck, liegt kein Druck vor, sofort Modine kontaktieren und das Problem auf dem Transportdokument vermerken.
Page 57 Abbildung 3 Für den Transport mit einem Kran oder Brückenkran führen Sie rohrförmige Traversen in die dafür vorgesehenen Löcher am Sockel ein und befestigen die Gurte oder Seile, wobei Sie darauf achten müssen, dass die obere Struktur des Modells nicht zerdrückt wird. Falten Sie bei Bedarf einen oder mehrere Hebegurte ein. Packen Sie das Modell so nah wie möglich am Aufstellungsort aus.

6. Montagebedingungen Das in diesem Handbuch beschriebene Modell ist Teil eines Systems und darf nur von autorisiertem Personal installiert werden. Das Modell ist mit Axial-Motorlüftern ausgestattet, die nicht für zusätzlichen statischen Druck geeignet sind, daher kann es nicht kanalisiert werden, es können keine Ansaugfilter installiert werden und es dürfen keine starken Luftströmungen gegen die Strömung der Motorlüfter im Installationsbereich auftreten.
Page 59 Im Einbaubereich dürfen sich keine Fremdkörper oder Staub befinden, die den Tauscher behindern könnten. Vermeiden Sie die Durchfahrt von Fahrzeugen, die den Wärmetauscher treffen könnten. Der Aufstellungsort muss ausreichenden Schutz gegen besondere Witterungseinflüsse (z. B. Überflutung) bieten. Der Installationsort muss den örtlichen Vorschriften entsprechen. 6.10 Dieses Gerät darf nicht in einer explosiven oder säurehaltigen Atmosphäre oder in einer Atmosphäre, die mit seinen Materialien (Kupfer, Aluminium, Stahl, Polymere) nicht kompatibel ist, installiert werden.

Page 61 6.28 Ausgebaute Türen sollten an einem sicheren Ort, waagerecht und auf einer weichen, sauberen Oberfläche gelagert werden, um Kratzer zu vermeiden. Stapeln Sie die Türen nicht übereinander, da die Paneele beschädigt werden könnten. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Türen keine Gefahr für Personen und/oder Sachen darstellen. 6.29 Gehen Sie beim Wiedereinbau der Türen in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie beim Ausbau vor.
Page 62 6.35.7 Für die Handhabung und Lagerung der Omegas gelten die gleichen Empfehlungen wie für die Türen, siehe Abschnitte 6.24 - 6.29. 6.36 Zum Ausbau der Omegas müssen möglicherweise die Türdichtungen entfernt werden. Setzen Sie die Türdichtungen nach dem Zusammenbau des Omegas immer wieder ein. Beschädigte Türdichtungen austauschen: Wenden Sie sich gegebenenfalls an Modine.

Die Wetterschutzhaube ist nur ein Zubehörteil und für den korrekten Betrieb des Modells nicht unbedingt erforderlich. 6.39 Die Wetterschutzhaube wird separat geliefert und ist nicht am Modell vormontiert.
