13. WARRANTY

MOST PYXAR welding helmet
We warrant to the purchaser that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of 2 years from the date
of purchase.
MOST PX850 Auto Darkening welding helmet
We warrant to the purchaser that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of
purchase.
This warranty does not cover product malfunctions or damages, which result from the product being tampered, misused, or abused. We are not
responsible for any indirect damages or injury, which arises out of the use of the product. We recommend a use for a period of 3 years, but no longer
than 5 years. The duration of use depends on various factors such as use, cleaning, storage, and maintenance of the ADF.
14. CERTIFICATION & DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
MOST PYXAR welding helmet and MOST PX850 auto darkening welding filter are tested for eye protection by the following notified body: ECS
GmbH Obere Bahnstrasse 74, 73431 Aalen Germany, notified body 1883. On the basis of the issued certificates, the EC Declaration of Conformity
was issued, available at: www.rywal.eu/files/pyxar.
