    DEFROSTING/CONDENSATION/ HYGROMETRY/ VENTILATION Your wine cellar is designed with “Auto-cycle” defrost system. During “Off-cycle” the refrigerated surfaces of the wine cellar defrost automatically. Defrost water from the wine cellar storage compartment drains automatically and part of it goes into a drainage container, which is located at the back of the wine cellar next to the compressor.
