turn off a call alert

Press the volume keys to turn off the ringer before
answering a call.

delay answering

If you want to answer a call, but need to step
outside first, you can delay answering the
call.
To turn Delayed Answer on, or record your Delayed
Answer message (up to 10 seconds), press s

Settings > In-Call Setup > Answer Options
> Delayed Answer.
When your phone rings, press the Delay key or the
voice command key A. Your phone stops ringing
and plays a brief message for the caller, such as
"Please hold, your call will be answered in a
moment." The call remains on hold until you press
the Talk key.

Your phone keeps lists of incoming and outgoing
calls, even for calls that didn't connect. The most
recent calls are listed first. The oldest calls are
deleted as new calls are added.
Shortcut: Press N from the home screen to see
the list of dialled calls.
Shortcut: In a numbered list (like the dialled calls
and received calls lists), press a number key to
highlight a listing.
Find it: s >
Calls, press * or # to select
the Calls, Dialled Calls, Received Calls, or Missed Calls list
Scroll to a call. A % next to a call means the call
connected.
• To call the number, press N.
• To see call details (like time and date), press
the centre key s.
