9 Jam Removal of BRM
Caution:
 Removing jam from the Customer
Service Module (CSM)
• Open the knob cover A and turn the
green knob B counterclockwise to open the
shutter. Check inside of the shutter and check
the status of the bill.

• When the jam occurs in the stack section,
 Open the customer service module and the
shutter. Turn the gear shown in the picture to
remove the jammed bill. After removing
jammed bill, close the customer service
module.

Before removing jam, power off for your safety.
• When the jam occurs in the separation
section,
Open the customer service module and
the shutter. Turn the green knob C to
remove the jammed bill. After removing
jammed bill, close the customer service
module.
• To remove the jammed bill from the

Front Transport Path,
 Open the upper unit.
 Open the customer service module and
remove the jammed bill from the lower
side.
Before removing jam, power off for your safety.
 How to remove jam from Bundle section
• Open the Cover of Bundle and remove the
check.
 How to remove jam from Align section
• Turn the Align Lever A and release the Lock.
Then open the Top Cover and remove the
check.
 How to remove jam from lower transport
section
• Open the rear Cover and remove the check of
the lower section. Open the rear Cover and
remove the check from the entrance of TE.
Open the rear Cover and remove the check
from the exit of TE.
 How to remove jam from upper transport
section
• Open the upper Cover and remove the check.

• Insert the key and turn it. (①) Then lift up the
ATM hood (②).

 ATM Power On
• Check the main switch is on the position of "I". (①)
• Press the power s/w for more 1 second to "ON". (②)
 ATM Power Off

• Press the power s/w for more 1 second to "OFF" (②)
<Warning!> Do

to operate system or destabilize control electronics in

 Security Door Open
• Open the lower exterior door using key.

• Unlock the locking device and open the security door.
 Locking Device Open
• Turn the dial (①) counterclockwise until "EC" appear on
the LCD (②).
• Enter the password. (③) Then "Opr" will be displayed.
(Factory Default Password : 50-25-50)

• Turn the dial clockwise (④) until it stops.
• Turn the handle (⑤) and open the security door.
Accessing the BMD (Body Module-Down, Lower
Body of BRM)
• Open the security enclosure.
• To release the lock from system, push down the

lever A (①). Then, pull the lower unit (②)

pressing lever A (③) until the lower unit is
completely taken out.
