Description
The Mobile Link Industrial Cellular Accessory is a retrofit acces-
sory product designed to bring cellular LTE communications con-
nectivity to Industrial generators. This accessory relays generator
information and parameters through Verizon's cellular network to
FLEET - a remote monitoring platform for servicing distributors.
Mobile Link communicates to the generator via RS-232 for pre-
existing generator models. The internal protocol is referred to as
Modbus. With Modbus there is an existing command set in which
updates will be polled from the generator controller. Modbus reg-
isters and transmits to a Generac hosted web server. Customers
will have access to the data via FLEET.
