This is normal and is due to the trapped air bubbles in the piping. SETTING UP Ensure installation is conducted by qualified service technician / installer appointed by novita. Ensure unit is properly installed with a filter and UV Lamp (packed separately).

Water will be dispensed from the faucet once the water tank is fully filled up. Unit will automatically conduct a quick assessment on the Advanced Ultraviolet Germicidal Lamp.

360 DAYS ADVANCED ULTRAVIOLET GERMICIDAL LAMP REPLACEMENT • UV Lamp replacement countdown reminder will start to prompt on the home screen when UV Lamp’s lifespan is left with 9 days. UV Lamp replacement notification prompts on the LCD screen when UV Lamp is due for replacement after every 360 days of usage. Please replace the UV Lamp to ensure optimum disinfecting performance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE For external maintenance, regularly use a damp cloth to wipe the surface to prevent accumulation of dust. DO NOT use chemicals or aggressive solvent as these substances may discolour the unit & results in permanent stains. REMOVABLE DRAIN TRAY Empty the removable drain tray periodically to prevent overflow.
