Before beginning assembly, read instructions completely and check to see that you have the following parts:

2 - 3/16" x 14' Cables – L1C143
2 - Spinner Knobs – LKNOB
6 - 2" Tear Drop Pulleys – L1P2T
2 - 5/16" 3-Link Chains
Welded – L1PC5/163LW
11 - 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" Black Plastic
Plugs – D1PC1SQ
2 - 3/16" Cable Clamps – L1CC3/16
4 - 1/4" 2-Link Chains – L1PC1/42L
14 - 3/8" Lock Nuts – NN38L
4 - 2 x 4 CARPETED WOOD BUNKS

STEP 1
Lay the four "H" shaped lift arms flat on the ground as pictured. Be sure the welded-on
spacers (circled) are pointing in the same direction.
Use four / " x 4" bolts and lock nuts to attach the outsides of the lift arms

to the 1-1/2" sq. side frames. Use the two
nuts to attach the insides of the lift arms to the 1-1/2" sq.
middle frame. Do not overtighten lock nuts –
Lift arms must move freely. (Be sure that
the left and right sides are positioned
correctly. The offset boxes at the ends
of each side must face outward).
