  • Page 6 There are no obstructions present on either side of the unit. - If the K2 can’t run from the seat’s direction button, try the hall calls. If they do not work, check the wiring to the motor. - If the K2 can’t run from the hall calls, reprogram them.
  • Page 7 There are no obstructions present on either side of the unit. - If using the seat’s direction buttons, then check the wiring. - If using the hall calls, move closer to the K2, and replace the battery. There is an obstruction in the Down circuit.
  • Page 8 - Check to make sure battery wires are not loose on board (Battery + and Battery –). - Refer to Level Seat Post in the K2 Installation Guide. Seat post is lean- ing, or seat is not level - Refer to Adjust Footrest in the K2 Installation Guide.
