(Hardware located on the backside of leg and control box.) • 2) Locate in Position 0.38” – 0.50” gap between rails of adjacent equipment.

    47515901 Rev. - 5371i Board Flip Conveyor Operation Procedure • Power Disconnect Black rotary switch mounted on the electrical enclosure. • When rotated clockwise to ‘ON’ ( ) – power is provided to the unit. • When rotated counter clockwise to ‘OFF’ ( ) – all power is removed from the unit.
  • Page 8 47515901 Rev. - 5371i Board Flip Conveyor Operation Procedure • Wireless Interface This option is only available when the conveyor unit is located immediately upline or downline of a gate conveyor. Please refer to the Wireless Interface Operating Manual, P/N 47462001, for operating instructions and application information.
  • Page 9 1. Machine upline of the 5371i indicates through SMEMA that a board is ready to transfer out. 2. The 5371i will indicate that it is ready to accept a board in. 3. The board will leave the sending machine and enter the 5371i. The sending machine's belts turn off.

    47515901 Rev. - 5371i Board Flip Conveyor Caution Some setups require removal of covers to access various internal parts of the machine. Only technicians who are familiar with this equipment should perform setup/service. Air and power supplies must be shut off and lockout devices used. If power is required to be on for a setup, the machine must be in E-STOP mode and the technician should exercise extreme caution.

Refer to the electrical documentation for proper transformer wiring and fuses. • Fuses Branch circuits, controller and motors are fused. Refer to the electrical documentation for ratings.
