    TVS Motor Company Limited (‘the Company’) give this warranty with respect to the TVS iQube Electric ST manufactured by the Company. While the Company has taken every care to maintain quality in the manufacture of the iQube Electric ST, the above said warranty is subject to other terms of warranty : Warranty is applicable during 3 years from the date of purchase or first 50,000 km run of the vehicle whichever is earlier for parts like battery, motor, controller and charger.
