how to use the vitroceramic hob VITROCERAMIC HOB The ceramic surface of the hob allows a fast transmission of heat in the vertical direction, from the heating elements underneath the ceramic glass to the pans set on it. VENTILATED COOKING The circular element and fan come on. The heat is dispersed by forced convection and the temperature can be regulated to between 120 °F (50 °C) and 480 °F (250 °C) via the thermostat knob. The oven does not require preheating.
