Description
This port connects to the built-in modem You may plug the telephone line
directly into this RJ-11telephone connection.
RJ-11 Phone Jack
Note: Broadband (e.g. ADSL) modem susually connect to the LAN port.
This port supports LAN (Network) functions.

RJ-45 LAN Jack
This S/PDIF (Sony/PhilipsDigital Interface Format) Out Port allows you to
connect your DVD-capable PC to a Dolby AC-3 compatible receiver for "5.1"
or 'dts' surround sound.
S/PDIF-Out Jack
To prevent possible theft, a Kensington-type lock can be attached to this
slot. Locks can be purchased at any computer store.
Security Lock Slot
Connect a serial type mouse to this port.
Serial Port
The S-Video-In jack allows video input to the computer if you have included
the optional Mini-PCI TV Tuner in your purchase.
S-Video-In Jack
Connect your television to your computer and view DVDs,VCDs or anything
else your computer can display. You will need a 7-pin S-Video plug to 4-pin
S-Video jack adapter and S-Video cable to make the connection (see "7-Pin
7-Pin S-Video-Out Jack
S-Video-OutJack"on page 1-9).
Headphones or speakers may be connected through this jack. Note: Set
your system's volume a reduced level before connecting to this jack.
