- Page 3 Assembly The frame is shipped partially assembled. If exposed to cold temperatures, allow contents to come to room temperature before completing assembly. Remove contents from box, making sure you have all parts. 1. Align the toilet seat clamps onto the back frame rail. (Both clamps should sit outside the pail brackets.) Push down on seat until clamps snap firmly into place.
