    Preparation before installation PRECAUTIONS All vanities must be installed by a fully qualified plumber. Vanities and tops must be installed onto finished surfaces.     TROUBLE SHOOTING What happens if my soft close drawer is not closing properly? It means that your soft close drawer is not engaged correctly. Follow the instructions on page 03 to re-engage the soft close mechanism. Why is my soft close drawer making a noise on closing, and not closing smoothly? If the release tabs on the drawer are not lifted properly, then this may cause the cog to strip on the soft close mechanism.
