EDS SRL manuale tecnico RK100 11 - DARKENING CIRCUIT CALIBRATION Calibration operations of the electrical signal must be performed according to the following sequence: 11.1 - It is recommended to connect a Tester with a Volt scale between terminal 9 (SIG - signal) and terminal 2 (V- negative) to the RX terminal block for measuring the signal level. - Page 10 EDS SRL manuale tecnico RK100 11.4 - Maximum signal search by orienting the TX transmitter. After finding the maximum signal by adjusting the RX, it is also necessary to search for the maximum by orienting the TX optics as follows: The Laser beam and the axis of the infrared beam emitted by the TX may have an angular error.

Adjust the sensitivity according to environmental conditions. 14 - TURBULENCE SENSITIVITY ADJUSTMENT This adjustment must be made only on the model equipped with this particular detection circuit (RK100-B-EX-BLP). To adjust, use the SW1 switch (TURBO). There are 4 levels that can be used: Sensitivity increases from 1 (minimum) to 4 (maximum). -

If the de- tector is installed in a particularly dusty room, the dust deposited on the front of the TX and RX causes a decrease in the signal. -
