This scanner is supplied with the software applications Readiris™ Pro, IRISCompressor™ Pro and InstantResult™ (Windows only). You can also transfer them via the provided micro USB cable. To solve this problem, place the scanner at the bottom of the page, turn it upside down and scan upwards.
