Instructions for reversing the door
For the models: FGC-236C70WEM / FGC-236C70XEM / FGC-236C70DEX / FGC-236WC70DEK
1. Make sure that the refrigerator is unplugged.
2. Remove the screw securing the right hinge (if present), lift and remove the top hinge cover, remove the
screws securing the top hinge to the door, remove the wire terminal connecting the door to the inside of
the refrigerator (this step only applies to models with the same hinge), and then remove the hinge.
3. Remove the door of the refrigerator compartment.
4. Remove the screws securing the centre hinge, then remove the centre hinge.
5. Remove the freezer compartment door.
6. Remove the screws securing the bottom hinge to the right side of the freezer, then remove the hinge
and adjusting leg from the left side of the freezer.
7. Remove the washer and nut securing the pin bolt to the right hand hole of the lower hinge, then
remove the pin bolt and the two pin shafts from the lower hinge.
