- Page 3 Machines can be set to 2 types of mode: Serial and Pulse. *IMPORTANT: If a BluKey Pro Serial device is installed on a machine that is configured to Pulse Mode, the machine will automatically configure the machine to Serial Mode. Once the machine is in Serial Mode, the machine will not be able to revert to Pulse Mode.
