Step 1
Attach the legs (2) and (3)
to foot rail (1), using
JCB M6 X 110mm (A) and
barrel nut (B).
Tighten with the Allen wrench M4 (I).
Step 2
Attach side rails (4) to the foot rail (1) as shown below using JCB M8 X 15mm (C).
Tighten with Allen wrench M6 (H).

- Page 2 OPEN BED FRAME FULL READY Step 3 Step 4 ASSEMBLE Attach open bed frame to the headboard Attach support legs (8) to slat support 1 & 2 (6)(7) as as shown below using 4 JCB M8 X 15mm bolts shown below using Allen screw (G) tighten with that are supplied with your headboard.

TRUNDLE BED PARTS LIST HARDWARE 1 BOX LEFT, RIGHT, MID RAIL 3 PCS FRONT PANEL 1 PC REAR BLOCK 2 PCS 2 SETS FRONT RAIL 1 PC SLAT KIT WITH WEBBING BACK RAIL 1 PC Step 1 Attach the left, right and mid rails (05) to the front rail (03) using L bracket (E) and JCB M6 X 1 5/8”(B). - Page 5 TRUNDLE BED Attach the front panel (02) to the front rail (03) as shown, using JCB M6 X 5/8” (C). Step 2 Tighten with the Allen wrench (G). Adult assembly JCB M6 X 5/8” Allen wrench Step 3 Lay the slat kits (07) webbing side down onto the rail assembly as shown. Attach using wood screw (F) and tighten with the Phillips head screw driver.
- Page 6 TRUNDLE BED Step 4 Attach the rear blocks (06) to the back rail (04) as shown using JCB M6 X 2 3/8”(A) barrel nut (D). Tighten with the Allen wrench (G) JCB M6 X 2 3/8” Adult assembly Barrel nut Allen wrench Step 5 Lastly, Insert Trundle bed to the bed as shown below.
