POSSIBLE CAUSE
The AC power cord is not
connected.
TV station experiencing problems.

Cable TV channel is scrambled.
Possible local interference.
CATV connected incorrectly or not connected. Check all CATV connections.
ANTENNA option set to TV.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Connect the AC power cord to
the AC outlet.
Try another channel.
Check picture control adjustments.
Check for source of reception disturbance.
Check CATV connection or VHF/UHF antenna.

Set ANTENNA option to CATV.
