For a Quincy Compressor QSI Series 1000 screw compressor:
- Oil/Fluid should be changed every 8,000 hours, based on fluid type and sample testing, but not to exceed the maximum interval. - Fluid samples must be taken every 2,000 hours. - Filters should be changed every 2,000 hours. - Oil/Fluid filters should be changed every 1,000 hours. - Alternatively, all consumables should be replaced every 12 months.
