- Page 3 UNLOADING On export machine the towing eye is mounted on the front beam for easy loading and unloading of machines when the drawbar is not assembled. Be careful when unloading to avoid damage on the main hydraulic block and hydraulic hoses.

- Page 5 ASSEMBLING THE DRAWBAR Remove the towing eye and attach it to the drawbar. Glue and tighten M20x80 bolts to 385 Nm. Attach the cover plate, part nr. 472665, with the supplied bolts and connect the bracket for the main hydraulic block.

ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS Remove the transport wheel by removing the 4xM24 bolts Take care when removing the transportation wheels and attaching the wheels. Make sure the machine is supported at point (A) before removing any parts. The distance between point A and the ground need to be 350- 400 mm for easy installation of the wheels. - Page 7 ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS Attach the wheel axle using the 6xM24 bolts to 660 Nm. Attach the wheels using the eight wheel nuts, tighten to 450 Nm.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLING THE RAKES 565295 Spring pin DIN1481 12X60 472270 If the rakes are shipped on wodden pallets you can lift the rakes in place while they are still on the pallet. It is recommended to attach the drawbar before assembling the rakes so that you can lift the machine if needed.

- Page 10 ASSEMBLING THE RAKES M20 nut and washer 472085 If the rakes has support wheels assemble it about 300 mm from the end plate.
- Page 11 ASSEMBLING THE RAKES Connect the shorter hose (145743) from the rake motor to the outer port on the shockvalve for the main rotor motors.
- Page 12 ASSEMBLING THE RAKES Connect the longer hose (145742) from the rake motors to the main block ports marked 1- for the right side rake and port 1- for the left side rake.
- Page 13 ASSEMBLING THE RAKES • Blue line connect to 50/50 divider under main block (4+) • Red line connect motor drain lines • Yellow line go from pickuprotor motor to rake motor • Green line go from rake motor and connects to port 1- on mainblock.
