UNLOADING As delivered the machine is broken up into three packages: 1. Base machine with steel temporary shipping wheels mounted. Machine wheels inside the stone hopper. Drawbar attached on top of machine. 2. Tandem wheel axles on pallet. 3. Wings standing using custom supports. Toolbox All small parts, bolts and pins, are shipped in the toolbox or cardboard box.

ASSEMBLING THE DRAWBAR Connect the hydraulic hose from port A to a port marked 2+ and the hose from port B to a port marked T. NOTICE, cases where the hydraulic hoses are incorrectly connected will result in the drawbar extending when trying to lift the machine.

ASSEMBLING THE DRAWBAR Remove the towing eye and attach it to the drawbar. Glue and tighten M20x80 bolts to 385 Nm. Attach the cover plate, part nr. 472665, with the supplied bolts and connect the bracket for the main hydraulic block.
ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS Lift the wheels carefully out of the hopper using appropriate lifting slings. One wheel weigh 180 kg (400 lbs).

ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS Supported on the ground Tapered pin extractor, Part nr 472578, is located under Jacking point. the long hexbolt nut. Take care when removing the temporary wheels and attaching the wheels. Make sure the machine is well supported before removing any parts by two support jacks. Support height is 16 inch and the total weight on one jack is 2500 kg (5500 lbs).

ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS Remove the long hexbolt, pull out both tapered pins and remove the temporary wheels.

ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS Attach the tandem axle using the same tapered pins used for the temporary wheels. If the machine is supplied with brakes, the brakes should be on the front wheels. Tighten the M24 bolt to 935 Nm. One wheel axle has a total weight of 250 kg (550 lbs). The recomended method to lift the wheel axle in place is having the wheel axle on a pallet and lifting it with a forklift to the correct position.

ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS Attach the wheels using eight wheel nuts, tighten to 450 Nm.
ASSEMBLING THE WINGS Take care when removing the shipping supports and opening the wing package. The total weight of this package is 1100 kg (2400 lbs).

ASSEMBLING THE WINGS Connect the shorter hose (145669) from the rake motor to the outer port on the shock valve for the main rotor motors.

ASSEMBLING THE WINGS Connect the longer hose (145019) from the rake motors to the main block ports marked R1- for the right side rake and port L1- for the left side rake.
