    ASSEMBLY Getting started: Remove bottom packaging bracket from body base with L hex key and dispose of accordingly. Put the bracket and bolts aside. Take out front foot, screws, hex key, and 6mm Allen Wrench. STEP STEP Assemble the front foot. Place the front foot bolts at both sides.
  • Page 15 Complete the front foot assembly. Prepare rail, rear foot, securing bolts (x 3), rubber screw, and 6mm Allen Wrench. STEP STEP Assemble the rear foot: Align rear foot with screw holes on the rail. Hand tighten securing bolts into the rail. Tighten bolts with 6mm Allen Wrench.
  • Page 16 ASSEMBLY (cont’d.) Prepare seat, seat carriage, and 4mm Allen Wrench. Remove the four pre-assembled bolts from the seat with 4mm Allen Wrench. Place the seat carriage onto the seat and align the holes with seat carriage insert. STEP STEP Hand tighten the four seat bolts Tighten four tighten the four seat bolts with the 4mm Allen Wrench The seat assembly is complete! Insert the seat carriage into the rail.
  • Page 17 Assemble the rail. Take out securing bolts x6, rubber screw, and 6mm Allen Wrench. Place the rail onto body base. Hold seat assembly up while assembling the rail onto the rower body. Insert the rubber screw. Ensure the rubber screw is firmly in place before letting go of the seat.
  • Page 18 ASSEMBLY (cont’d.) Prepare Securing Bolts (x2), and Pedal Connector Rod, and 6mm Allen Wrench (x2). Remove the pre-assembled spacers from the pedal connector rod, and guide the pedal connector rod through the main frame as shown. Place the pedal spacers through the pedal connector rod for both sides.
  • Page 19 Hand tighten the bolt onto the left pedal connector rod. Hand tighten the bolt onto the right pedal connector rod. Tighten the securing bolts with the 6mm allen wrench. To ensure the bolts are secure use both Allen Wrenches to tighten both sides simultaneously.

  • Page 21 Battery activation strip: Flip over the handle and place into the handle cradle. Push down on the battery cover when pulling out the activation strip. Note: if the activation strip tears, please remove the cover and battery. Flip handle back over and place into handle cradle. Adjusting: Remove plastic film before adjusting.

    ADJUSTMENTS & STORAGE Adjusting leveling feet: Lower the foot by tightening the bolt. To raise the foot loosen the bolt. Repeat for other leveling feet on the front foot support until the rower is level. Storage: Lift up by the end of the rail and stand the rower on end to store. There is a rubber bumper on the back of the main frame to prevent the rower from being damaged while in this position.

    CARE & MAINTENANCE Each Use Assess the feet leveling system to ensure your rower is level. The front of the rower has two stabilizers on the front foot bar to keep it level. To adjust, carefully tilt the rower on its side on a soft surface. Twist the rubber stabilizers located on the front Power off the rower and clean any high-use areas, like the handlebars and console, foot bar.

  • Page 25 DIGITAL DIAL KNOB INSTRUCTIONS SET UP: After the rower is powered on you will hear a 3 second sustained beep. The console will flash all the function icons and program mode icons. Next it will enter standby mode which will remain until resistance is added or the user pulls the oar to quick start a workout.

Serrez les boulons à l’aide de la clé Allen de 6 mm. Pour vérifier que les boulons sont parfaitement serrés, utilisez les deux clés Allen pour serrer les deux côtés en même temps.
