Page 5 STEP 1 DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS. STEP 2 (4) (3) (2) TURN TO THE UPRIGHT POSITION, APPLY FIRM PRESSURE TO ALIGN & FULLY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS. FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS USING PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER (NOT PROVIDED).
