Here are some tips to help you get the
most out of our products
1. It is recommended to connect the hub to the main device first, and then connect the
accessories to the ports.
2. You could charge an iPhone with the USB 3.0 interface, but please note the USB ports
are mainly designed for data transmission and do not support charging high-power phones.
3. USB 3.0 interferes 2.4GHz WiFi and other wireless devices due to the similar frequencies.
According to Microsoft, the problem occurs only for the 2.4GHz wireless band, but not for
5GHz. Please set your router to 5GHz to avoid this problem.
4. About the 3.5mm Combo Audio Jack
When using both the 3.5mm audio port and the HDMI port, audio may be output from
different devices due to the different connection order.
1) When iPad Pro is connected to the hub prior to devices, audio outputs from the port that
is connected at last.
2) When devices are connected to the hub prior to iPad Pro, audio outputs from the 3.5 mm
audio port.
3) If you're just listening to the audio, both TRS and TRRS are ok; But if you want to use the
microphone function, it must be TRRS.
5. About the HDMI
1) Support HDR;
2) Support HDCP 2.2 & HDCP 1.4;
3) Support 6/8/10/12 bit color depth output;
4) Support output pixel format RGB/YCbCr4:4:4/YCbCr4:2:2/ YCbCr4:2:0;
5) To reach 4K@60Hz resolution, your device must support DP 1.4 Alt Mode, downward
support 4K@30Hz with DP1.2 Alt Mode.
6. About the Compatibility
This usb c hub supports most Type-C devices, but please notes that the USB C port of your
host is required to support data, charging and video (DP Alt Mode).
7. About using ports at the same time
1) All ports can be used simultaneously;
2) However, due to the performance limitations of some laptops, it's recommended to avoid
connecting peripherals that require more than 900mA start-up current. Please only connect
one HDD / SSD at a time, and choose the USB 3.0 port.
