Dear Customer, Thank you for purchasing our product. In order to be able to better use this product, please read this instruction manual carefully before operating. Please follow the manual to avoid any unnecessary issues during use. Please keep this instruction manual in a safe place for ease of reference and operation.
1. Safety Protection Please make sure that the operator has read and understands this manual before you allow him/her to install and operate the product. Be sure to strictly follow this manual during installation and use. The manufacturer is not responsible for any accidents caused by the improper operation or maintenance of this product.
2. Brief Instruction The Product has an oil pump that passes the dirty fryer oil through filter paper to remove the debris from the oil. This extends the life of the fryer oil and improves the taste of the food. The product is simple to operate and makes filtering the fryer oil quick and easy.
6. Unpacking and Installation Please dispose of all packaging materials and debris after unpacking and checking the equipment. Check the equipment. If it is damaged, please keep packaging and receipt which must be signed by the carrier’s representative (Driver). Contact the carrier to pursue a claim within 15 days of receiving.
7. Safety Notices and Precautions Warning! - For your safety, do not place gasoline or other flammables nearby. Please keep clean and away from flammable surroundings. (Read ANSI Z83.14B, 1991 for reference) Warning! - Erroneous installation, adjustment and refit may cause property damage or personal injury and equipment failure.

WARNING! - When working with HOT oil, protective clothing should be used. IE: Insulated rubber gloves, eye protection or face mask, and long sleeves. WARNING! - In the event of power failure during the filtering process, be sure to turn the pump switch to the “OFF” position. Failure to turn the pump off may result in unsupervised oil flow when the power is restored.

8. Operating Instructions WARNING! - When working with HOT oil, protective clothing should be used. IE: Insulated rubber gloves, eye protection or face mask, and long sleeves. When filtering the oil, it is recommended that the oil be around 250° F(121° C). If the oil temperature is too high, it can damage the seals in the pump.

on again. The pump will return the filtered oil to the tank. After all the oil has been returned to the fryer and the filter machine starts to pump air, allow filter unit to run for an additional fifteen seconds before turning filter unit power switch to the “OFF” position.

9. Cleaning and Maintenance WARNING! - It will be easier and safer if the filter assembly has cooled to room temperature before handling any filter parts. WARNING! - The appliance is NOT water jet stream approved. DO NOT clean the appliance with a water jet or steam cleaner. WARNING! - The power supply must be disconnected before servicing or cleaning the appliance.
