    DISPLAY BAND e PLAY/ PAUSE (CSD-TD49 only) PRESETTING STATIONS You can preset up to 15 stations in each band. Select a station. Press s STOP/SET/CLEAR * once so that “M” is displayed to store the station. A station is assigned a preset number, beginning from 1 in consecutive order for each band.
  • Page 8 POWER 6STANDBY/ON CD OPERATION Press CD. The power is turned on. Press PUSH OPEN to open the disc compartment. Place a disc with the printed side up and close the disc compartment. Total number of tracks and total playing time are displayed.

    POWER 6STANDBY/ON TAPE TAPE OPERATION • Use Type I (normal) tapes only. • The unit plays (records on) the side facing up. PLAYBACK Press TAPE. The power is turned on. Press PUSH EJECT to open the cassette holder and insert a tape with the side to be played facing out and the exposed side facing down.
