200D INIVAC 1.1 Vor der Anwendung Diese Betriebsanleitung unbedingt vor Inbetriebnahme lesen, um einen sicheren Umgang mit dem Produkt zu garantieren. Der Betreiber muss dem Bediener diese Betriebsanleitung zugängig machen und sich vergewissern, dass der Bediener sie gelesen und verstanden hat. 200D INIVAC 1.4 Aufstellungsort Minivac Absauganlagen sind nur zum Einsatz in überdachten und von Wettereinflüssen geschützten, trockenen Räumen geeignet. 200D INIVAC 2.1 Sicherheitshinweise Der Minivac ist in erster Linie eine mobile Brenner- und Lötplatzabsauganlage. Glühende Partikel, brennbare und explosive Gemische oder auch flüssige Medien dürfen nicht angesaugt werden! Nicht ohne beziehungsweise nicht mit beschädigtem Filterelement saugen. Motor und Lüfterrad nehmen erheblichen Schaden! Der Saugvorgang darf nicht mit lodernden Flammen, brennbaren oder explosiven Gasgemischen durchgeführt werden! Brand- bzw. Explosionsgefahr !! Das Absaugen und Abscheiden von Aluminiumschleifstäuben ist grundsätzlich nicht zulässig! Führen Sie Wartungsarbeiten nur nach erfolgter Trennung der Absauganlage vom Netz durch! Das Erfassungselement sollte so positioniert werden das die thermische Schweißrauchbewegung ausgenutzt wird! Es ist darauf zu achten, daß die Netzanschlußleitung nicht durch Überfahren, Quetschen, Zerren und dergleichen verletzt oder beschädigt wird. Netzanschlußleitung regelmäßig auf Anzeichen einer Verletzung und Alterung zu untersuchen! Das Gerät darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn die Netzanschlußleitung nicht einwandfrei ist! Bei selbstabreinigenden Minivac Absauganlagen grundsätzlich die Druckluft anschließen! -

200D INIVAC 2.3 Wirkungsweise Der Schweiß- oder Lötrauch wird direkt an der Entstehungsstelle abgesaugt, gefiltert und die gereinigte Luft in den Raum zurückgeführt. Die Rauchpartikel werden in einem mechanischem Patronenfilter abgeschieden. Nach dem Filterdurchgang wird die von Feststoffanteilen gereinigte Luft in den Arbeitsraum zurückgeführt. Das Gerät kann entweder auf oder neben dem Schweißgerät mitgeführt werden oder mit dem optionalen Drahtvorschub, der auch nachträglich angebaut werden kann, ausgestattet werden. Durch die Aluminiumbauweise wird eine hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit gegenüber aggressiven Gasen erreicht. -

200D INIVAC 4.1 Allgemeines zur Wartung Bei allen Arbeiten am Filtergehäuse insbesondere beim Ausbau der Filterelemente und bei der Entleerung der Partikelwanne ist darauf zu achten, das geeignete Schutzhandschuhe und eine Atemschutzmaske oder eine Feinstaubmaske nach DIN 58645-FHM- P2 zu tragen sind. Ein Paar Schutzhandschuhe und eine Atemschutzmaske befinden sich im Lieferumfang der Absauganlage. Der im Filter gesammelte Staub darf auf gar keinen Fall durch ausblasen, abklopfen etc. gereinigt werden. 200D INIVAC 1.4 Location of the installation Minivac extraction systems are only suitable for use in dry, roofed rooms protected from the weather. It must be ensured that the extraction system can blow out freely on the exhaust air side. 1.5 Transporting the extraction system Prior to transporting the extraction system remove all connected cables, such as power cables, the compressed air supply line, the sensor cable or flex hose to prevent damage to the extraction system. -

200D INIVAC 2.1 Safety tips The Minivac is first and foremost an extraction system for mobile burner and soldering station. Glowing particles, flammable and explosive mixtures must not be drawn in! Do not draw in liquid media! Never use without or with a damaged filter element. Motor and fan will be severely damaged! The extraction system must not be operated with burning flames, flammable or explosive gas mixtures! Danger of fire or explosion! The extraction and separation of aluminium dust is not permitted! Only perform maintenance work once the extraction system has been taken off the power supply! The collection element should always be positioned so that the thermal movement of the welding smoke is exploited! It is important to ensure that the power cable is not damaged by being run over, pinched, dragged, etc.! The power cable must be checked regularly for signs of damage and wear! The device must not be used if the power cable is not in perfect condition! Always connect self-dedusting Minivac extraction systems to a compressed air supply! Please ensure that only dry, oil-free compressed air with a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6 bar is used! The system should only be used by trained staff who are familiar with how to operate it! When extracting carcinogenic welding fumes, such as fumes from nickel or chromium-containing materials the requirements set out in Technical Rule 560 regarding the "air return when dealing with carcinogenic substances" must be adhered to at all times! It is important to ensure that no conductive connection is created between the Minivac and the welding power source or the workpiece while the system is operating since the welding current might otherwise be conducted in full or in part through the Minivac protective conductor! Prior to commissioning the Minivac you must always ensure that a suitable filter element is installed! -

200D INIVAC 2.3 Mechanism of operation The welding or soldering fumes are extracted directly at the point of origin, filtered and the purified air is returned to the room. The fume particles are separated in a mechanical cartridge filter. After passing through the filter, the air cleaned of solid particles is returned to the working room. The unit can be places either next to or on the welding machine. Or it can be equipped with ane optional wire feeder. The aluminum construction provides high corrosion resistance to aggressive gases. Special sound insulation ensures very quiet running at high suction power. By optimizing the air flow, a favorable efficiency has been achieved, so that the required performance is achieved with an economical 1.5 KW motor. -

200D INIVAC 4.1 General information on maintenance During all work on the filter housing, especially when removing the filter elements and emptying the particle trough, make sure that suitable protective gloves and a respiratory protection mask or a fine dust mask according to DIN 58645-FHM-P2 are worn. A pair of protective gloves and a respiratory protection mask are included in the scope of delivery of the extraction unit. The dust collected in the filter must not be cleaned under any circumstances by blowing it out, tapping it off, etc. When the filter ele- ment is "full" (filter change indicator) it must be changed as described in point 4.3. In order to collect any particles deposited in the filter housing, an industrial vacuum cleaner of use category "C" or dust class "H" must be used. 4.2 Emptying the particle container 1.
