Our New Shark is putting foam all over the floor. When put in the storage tray for cleaning, the foam oozes out the sides. What is wrong?

Foam leaking from the storage tray of a Shark HYDROVAC MESSMASTER WD160 Series could be caused by accumulated soap or grease residue on the floors. This may require several cleanings with the Hydrovac to resolve.
