My Hydrovac is less than a year old, and I really love it! However, it recently stopped working. It displays that the cleaning solution tank is empty, but it's not. I tried reinserting the tank several times but it is not reading that the tank is full. Any tips to help me correct this?

Ensure the clean solution tank is properly seated by reinserting it until it clicks into place and is flush with the top of the body. Also, confirm that the tank contains sufficient water and Shark HydroVac Multi-Surface Concentrate. If the issue persists, check for any blockages or misalignment in the tank connection.

@Mr. Anderson Thanks for the response. I tried that several times. The roller becomes moist, so I know liquid is getting down to it. I **** thinking it is some kind of sensor error. :(
