    BEFORE YOU GET STARTED PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY • Check the pack and make sure you have all the parts listed. • When you are ready to start, make sure you have the right tools at hand (not supplied). • Ensure there is plenty of space and a clean dry area for assembly. TIMBER As with all natural materials, timber can be affected during various weather conditions.

  • Page 8 TIGER PENT BUILDINGS - GENERAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: LAYING THE FLOOR • SINGLE FLOOR - Lay floor down in the desired position. (Detail A1) • MULTI FLOOR (excluding 10x8 & 12x8) - Lay floors down in the desired position and butt together.

(Detail B1) NOTE: CHECK THAT ALL PANELS ARE AT RIGHT ANGLES TO EACH OTHER AND THE FLOOR. NOTE: CHECK ALL TRANSPORT BLOCKS HAVE BEEN REMOVED BEFORE FITTING PANELS.

(Detail C1) NOTE: THESE MAY HAVE COVERED OVER DURING PANEL COATING PROCESS. THEY MAY RESEMBLE NAIL HEADS. • Use 4x CB80 per gable, through the pre-drilled holes in each gable, from the outside.
  • Page 11 Please retain instructions for future reference • Secure panels to the floor using 2x N65 per panel. Ensure the N65 are driven through the panels and into the floor bearers. (Detail C4) NOTE: PANELS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FOR CLARITY. NOTE: FOR HD FRAMING BUILDINGS, USE N100. •...

Ensuring that side with pre-fitted soffit board is to the high side. (Detail D1) • Fix roof to panels using N65 provided though roof boards into upright framing in panels.
  • Page 13 Please retain instructions for future reference Step 4b: MULTI PIECE ROOF INSTALLATION • For roofs that come in multiple sections. Lift into place and butt together. (Detail D5) NOTE: CHECK OVERHANGS ARE EQUAL AT EACH END AND FRONT TO BACK. •...
  • Page 14 TIGER PENT BUILDINGS - GENERAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 5: FELTING THE ROOF - MEASURE AND CUT BEFORE FITTING • Roll felt out onto a clean flat surface 30 minutes before you need it so it has a chance to flatten out.
  • Page 15 Please retain instructions for future reference Step 6: FITTING FASCIA BOARDS & FINIAL (BARGEBOARDS) • Fit bargeboards to the roof, trapping overhanging end of the felt in between the roof and bargeboard. • Secure using 2x N40 per bargeboard through roof. NOTE: THERE ARE NO BARGEBOARDS SUPPLIED FOR LOW SIDE OF ROOF AS THIS WILL PREVENT EFFECTIVE WATER DRAINAGE.
  • Page 16 TIGER PENT BUILDINGS - GENERAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 7: FIT CORNER STRIPS AND COVER STRIPS - CERTAIN SIZES ONLY • Secure the corner strips at each corner of the shed with 4x N40 per corner strip. NOTE: THESE CORNER STRIPS MAY NEED CUTTING TO SIZE.
  • Page 17 Please retain instructions for future reference Step 8: INSTALLING GLAZING • Glaze windows by securing glass/styrene with PP25 supplied, from the inside. (Detail G) NOTE: ALL WINDOWS MUST BE SEALED INSIDE AND OUT WITH SILICONE, PUTTY, OR ANY OTHER WATER-TIGHT SOLUTION. (NOT SUPPLIED). NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE YOUR CORNER STRIPS WITH WINDOW BEADING.
  • Page 18 TIGER PENT BUILDINGS - GENERAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 9: INSTALLING DOOR PULL • Find comfortable height for supplied door pull handle. • Secure handle to door using 4x 25mm (BS25) screws in the holes provided. • If door is made from interlocking boards and your chosen handle position does not match with existing door bracing, use supplied 150mm framing to fix handle screws into.
