    BEFORE YOU GET STARTED PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY • Check the pack and make sure you have all the parts listed. • When you are ready to start, make sure you have the right tools at hand (not supplied). • Ensure there is plenty of space and a clean dry area for assembly.   • Page 6 TIGER POTTING SHED GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: LAYING THE FLOOR • SINGLE FLOOR - Lay floor down in the desired position. (Detail A1) • MULTI FLOOR - 10x8 models. The bearers and floor boards may run in the opposite direction.

  • Page 8 TIGER POTTING SHED GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Step 3: SECURING SIDE AND GABLE PANELS • Locate pre-drilled holes in gable panels. (Detail C1) NOTE: THESE MAY HAVE COVERED OVER DURING PANEL COATING PROCESS. THEY MAY RESEMBLE NAIL HEADS. • Use 4x CB80 per gable, through the pre-drilled holes in each gable, from the outside.
  • Page 9 Please retain instructions for future reference Step 3b: WINDOW FRAME INSTALLATION • Position the window frame in to place and securely fix this to the gables and lower front panel. • Secure through window frame using 3x N40 evenly spaced per edge. (Detail C4) •...
  • Page 10 TIGER POTTING SHED GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Step 4: SECURING SIDES PANELS TO THE FLOOR • Secure panels to the floor using 2x N65 per panel. Ensure the N65 are driven through the panels and into the floor bearers. (Detail D1) NOTE: PANELS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FOR CLARITY.
  • Page 11 Please retain instructions for future reference Step 5: FIT BENCH • Fit the bench inside the shed, making sure you fit it underneath the frame as shown. • Nail upwards and secure using 2x N65 evenly spaced through the bench into the upright panel framing.

    TIGER POTTING SHED GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Step 6: ROOF INSTALLATION • Attach roof panels as shown. Ensuring that side with pre-fitted soffit board is to the high side. (Detail F1) • Fix roof to panels using N65 provided though roof boards into upright framing in panels.
  • Page 13 Each length of felt used is enough to cover the length CN13 of the roof plus overhang. Example: 6x6 Potting shed has the same roof size as a 6x4 Pent Shed and will be supplied with roll of felt to cover 12ft plus overhangs at each end.
  • Page 14 TIGER POTTING SHED GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Step 8: FITTING FASCIA BOARDS & FINIAL (BARGEBOARDS) • Fit bargeboards to the roof, trapping overhanging end of the felt in between the roof and bargeboard. • Secure using 2x N40 per bargeboard through roof.
