  • Page 2 Assembly Instructions Please read and review all of the instructions before starting the assembly of your frame. 1. Assemble the side rails onto the frame, using 4 M4 x 10mm socket head screws. The inside edge of the side rails should line up with the inside edge of the frame. Tighten these screws securely.
  • Page 3 3. Now mount the handle and bracket assembly onto the frame. You will notice that one side of the brackets is smoother than the other. The brackets should be attached with the smooth side facing the front of the frame. 4.
  • Page 4 5. Start attaching the frame to the bottom bracket using 2 M4 x 10mm socket head screws, but do not tighten these screws at this time. They should only be screwed in far enough to remain in the holes. We will tighten them in a later step.
  • Page 5 6. With the frame around the radio, attach the backstays to the top of the frame. Note that they each will only fit one way, with the hook hanging down over the back of the radio. If installed properly, the side of the backstay will line up with the outside of the frame.
  • Page 6 Tighten the screws firmly, making sure that the body of the backstay lines up with the top of the frame. 7. Now that the backstays are secured, you can tighten the screws holding the frame to the bottom bracket. Tighten these screws securely.
