MOD-MB-3P-0900V-40A SpeedVal™ Kit Three-Phase
The SpeedVal™ Kit is a modular evaluation platform enabling testing and evaluation of a wide variety of SiC
MOSFETs and gate drivers. The platform can be used for device selection, gate drive optimization, high-
power testing, and early controls development using an optional control card. This document provides an
overview of the SpeedVal Kit three-phase motherboard and testing guidance for various modes of operation.
The MOSFET power daughter cards, gate driver cards, and control cards have separate user guides with the
information specific to those components. Additional details on the platform and other compatible boards
