the abnormal situation.
Common faults
Vacuum cleaner
not working.
The product
suction is weak.
The motor is
making strange
noises.
The host startup
dust indicator light
is red , whilst

shows 'E0' with
blinking.
The host startup
bar indicator light
is red , whilst
the display screen
shows 'E0' with
blinking.
'EE' blinks when
the host is
charging.
The battery
display light does
not appear when
charging.
The product is
undercharged.
Possible cause
The battery is dead or low.
Automatic protection is
activated due to overheating
caused by blockage.
The suction inlet or channel is
blocked.
Dust cup is full and the HEPA
filter assembly is clogged with
dust.
Fittings suction is blocked.
A blockage in the suction
inlet, caused by hard objects,
potentially leading to motor
damage.
The dust cup is full and has
blocked the suction.
The floor brush is not working
because there is something
tangled around the roller bar.
The charger voltage does not
match the original
specifications.
The host is not connected to
the adapter jack properly.
The battery temperature is
low or high.
Please charge the product.
Allow the product to cool down
for 30 minutes before
restarting.
Remove any foreign objects
from the suction inlet or
channel.
Clean the dust cup and the
HEPA filter assembly.
