  • Page 7 Step 2 CHANGE HANDLE DIRECTION The diagram below shows how to shift the door handle from right to left direction. The default setting of the handle is for right swing door. You do not need to change direction if you have a right swing door. Change the handle direction of the Exterior Assembly Use an Allen wrench to loosen screws on both sides of the handle.

    Step 3 PREPARE LOCK FOR INSTALLATION 1. Installing Batteries When installing the battery for the first time, use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screws counterclockwise. Just loosen the screw and do not remove. Slide and pull the battery cover outward to remove. Take out the battery compartment and detach from the terminal connector.

Ensure the slotted barrel extensions are properly threaded through the door holes. At the same time, align the 4 holes of the Push Exit Bar with the exterior cover plate and secure them with screws.

Make sure the spindle, cables and rods are routed correctly through the holes in the door. Secure with screw Install top and bottom mounting blocks. Bluetooth receiver connection plug must pass through the door hole.

Adjust the protective cover to the cable connector to make sure that it is not exposed. Adjust the position of the protective cover to connectors.

    Step 5 INSTALL BATTERIES Open the battery compartment cover and insert 4 AA alkaline battery as shown below. Use a screwdriver to push the back screw cover up then loosen the screw (do not remove). Remove the battery cover, carefully unplug the terminals of the battery com- partment then install the batteries.
  • Page 15 Step 6 INSTALL TOUCHSCREEN COVER If your door lock is located in a harsh, sun-exposed area, it is highly recommended that you install the included touchscreen cover. Clean the surface of the lock's exterior assembly. Ensure it is dry and dust free. Remove the paper layer off the adhesive tape.
  • Page 16 Step 7 DOWNLOAD LOCKLYPRO APP You have completed the Lockly Guard physical lock installation. To enable live monitoring and remote control, you will need to setup the included Link Plus and pair it with the Lockly Guard Exit Trim and door sensors. Before connecting Link Plus, download the LocklyPro app on your smartphone.
  • Page 17 Step 8 SET UP LINK PLUS To set up Lockly Guard, choose an appropriate location for the Link Plus for optimum performance (see below). For optimum connectivity, it is recommended that the hub be no further away from the lock than 30 feet (9 meters). During the setup process position yourself between the lock and the Link Plus Wi-Fi Hub—ideally no more than 30 feet (9 meters) apart.

It is simple and very easy to install anywhere and it only uses AAA battery for long and optimal operation.

If you need to pair it again, follow the following steps. In the LocklyPro Commercial app, go to Settings>Remote Control/Wireless Accessories, select add New Sensor.
