Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the BIOS Living Retro Mechanical Scale. This scale is equipped with an easy to read
dial and has a weight capacity of 280 lbs / 127 kg.
Operation
1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Always weigh yourself on the same scale placed on the same surface
for consistency.
NOTE: If the scale is placed on a soft surface, such as a carpet or on an uneven floor, the results
may be inaccurate.
2. Step onto the scale slowly and gently (do not jump onto the scale). Stand vertically without swaying and
place your feet evenly apart - the dial will display your weight.
3. Recalibration:
Adjust the pointer on the dial with your finger
(as shown in Figure A) to '0' for recalibration.
Advice for Use and Care
• Avoid using device when wet - platform will be slippery when wet. Keep scale dry.
