ABOUT THE WARRANTY
The warranty card is inside the box. Please make sure the name of the retailer
where the product was sold, as well as the date of purchase etc. are clearly printed
on the warranty card. Carefully read the contents of the warranty and keep it in a
safe location. The original warranty is good for 6 months from date of purchase.
*Registering the device is necessary to be eligible for the extended warranty service
in the case of general household use. Registration is not necessary for devices
purchased through the Bioprogramming Club, which will automatically receive the
extended warranty period.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Please refer to the "Troubleshooting" section of this manual. Please do not attempt
to repair the device yourself. It is dangerous to repair or disassemble the device.
ABOUT REPAIR INQUIRIES
Please promptly contact the Repair Center or WEB Repair Application Center
below if a problem arises during use, or in case of a broken part, etc.
■ If your device is currently under warranty
Please provide the warranty card with the name of the retailer and the
date of purchase etc. clearly printed on the card. The device will be
repaired at no cost, as laid out in the Conditions for Repair Covered
Under Warranty.
■ If the warranty period has ended
The device may be repaired per customerʼs request, pending degree of
damage and whether repair services are available for the particular type
of device. Customers will be charged for repairs.
■ Repair fee system
Repair/maintenance fees vary per level of device. Repair/maintenance
fees include parts, technology, and shipment fees, etc. For details,
please refer to the "Repair Policy" on the Bioprogramming Club website.

handling of repairs, or for another legitimate reason. Please contact the Repair
Center with inquiries/questions.
