Assembly Instructions for Model SL54
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Remove collar, tags, and leads from pet before placing it in the home to prevent possible
entanglement.
Unwrap and remove all parts from the box. Keep the box and packing material until the product is assembled. In case
of return or exchange, failure to return product in similar condition as received could result in limited reimbursement.
Please save sales receipt as proof of purchase for warranty purposes. Check to ensure you have all the parts below.

  • Page 2 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Remove the contents of the carton. Sort and identify all of the pieces described in the Parts Identification. The corner rods are secured in the front and back panels for shipping. Remove them before you begin assembly. 1. Place the Bottom Panel (A) flat on the floor with the hooks extending upward.
  • Page 3 4. Locate the Back Panel (F) and a Corner Rod (G). With the Back Panel’s top hooks facing inward, align the side loops of the Back Panel with the loops of the Side Panel. Back Panel hooks face inward The second and third loops on the Back Panel will rest ON TOP OF the first and second loops of the Side Panel.
  • Page 4 6. Using both hands (or with the assistance of a friend), lift the Side Panel up, pulling slightly outward (away from the Bottom Panel) and upward. The second wire of the Side Panel will secure in place within the upright hooks of the Bottom Panel.
  • Page 5 8. Locate the Top Panel (D). Place it on top with the last hook on each end of the Top Panel going around the first space of each Side Panel. Begin working the hooks of the Top Panel around the top horizontal wires of the Side Panels.
  • Page 6 10. As in Step 9, secure the Front Door Panel to the Top Panel, again, working from the side with the Corner Rod to the one without. Make sure each hook is placed securely over the wires. With the loops of the Front Door Panel and Side Panel aligned (the same as Step 7), insert the Corner Rod.
