    Pro 800 900 ½ E1FR25-25 1. INSTALLATION General points 1.1. The appliance must be installed in an adequately aerated room, equipped with an air extraction system, in compliance with regulations and standards in the country of installation, and the instructions contained in this manual.

    Pro 800 900 ½ E1FR25-25 Data plate Each appliance has its own data plate. Transfer all the information written on the data plate to the part of the Instruction Manual reserved for it (see the last page). This will make communication between you and your client easier and provide better service.

    Pro 800 900 ½ E1FR25-25 How to use the filtration unit 3.2. Draining the fryer Do not use the filtration unit together with the fryer Check that the filtration unit is put correctly in the tank. Check that the pump is connected. (Fig.1) Check that the coupling fits the manifold.
