Problem
No operation indication
No RF signal
RF signal available,
no audio signal
Audio signal has a high
level of background
noise or is distorted
If problems occur that are not listed in the above table or if the problems cannot be
solved with the proposed solutions, please contact your local Sennheiser agent for
assistance.
Possible cause
No mains connection
Fuse is defective
Transmitter and receiver
are not on the same
channel
Transmitter is out of
range
Transmitter is set to
mono operation and the
pilot tone evaluation of
the receiver is activated
Receiver's squelch
threshold is adjusted too
high
Transmitter sensitivity is
adjusted too low or too
high
Possible solution
Check the connections of
the mains connector
Replace the fuse
Set transmitter and
receiver to the same
channel
Change the antenna
position
Deactivate the pilot tone
evaluation on the receiver
Reduce the squelch
threshold on the receiver
